Heavy ANFO
HydraForce is an emulsion doped HANFO (Heavy ANFO) blend designed to be suitable for dry or dewatered blast holes.

HydraForce has been designed for use in open cut mining where additional energy is desired or where a level of water resistance is required. The product is also suitable to use in dry or dewatered blastholes. Prior to use in dewatered blast holes the water recharge rates should always be determined.
HydraForce is not suitable for use in areas containing reactive sulphides or in blastholes with temperatures in excess of 55 degrees Celsius.

Wet Hole Product
HydraFlow is a sensitised emulsion blend designed to be suitable for pumping into blast holes containing water. Sensitising agents are added by the MPU during the manufacturing and pumping process.

HydraFlow has been designed for use in open cut mining where wet mining conditions are encountered. The product is also suitable to use in dry or dewatered holes.
HydraFlow is not suitable for use in areas containing reactive sulphides or in hole temperatures in excess of 55 degrees Celsius.

• Density and energies can be varied to suit the specific application.
• Full coupling of the explosive charge provides superior blasting results.
• Can be pumped through a range of hose sizes to suit blast hole diameter.

ANFO
ANFO is a 94:6 mixture of ammonium nitrate prill and fuel oil (nominally diesel). ANFO is a free flowing product designed for dry holes and formulated to be oxygen balanced.

ANFO is suitable to use in dry blastholes. It is suitable for use in small, medium and large blast holes, its free flowing nature makes it quick to load.
ANFO is not suitable for use in areas containing reactive sulphides or in blastholes with temperatures in excess of 55 degrees Celsius.

Explosive Doping Marker
HydraDye has been carefully developed to ensure the safe application of coloured liquid dye to diesel within the explosives industry. It is a simple and easy-to-use alternative to existing dye applications which are known to cause unsafe decanting methods, spills into the environment and poor quality control (overdosing).

The 200ml bottle will sufficiently dye a 1000 litre process fuel tank on a Mobile Processing Unit (MPU) to the recommended coloration as per legislation. The single dose higher concentrated 600ml bottles are suitable for larger (10,000L) trans tanks of diesel. We are also able to customise the dosage to suit your specific requirements.
